Die Entwicklungsabteilung arbeitet eng mit der Modellierungsabteilung zusammen, um in Echtzeit neue Modelle zu scannen, zu retuschieren oder abzuleiten.

Dies gelingt mit volle Aufteilung der Projekte zwischen der Zentrale und den Filialen von Marzabotto:

3 reverse engineering Stationen mit 3D-Streifenlichtscannern
Blender und Meshmixer SW für Sculpting und Mesh-Modellierung

6 3D Drucker (drei FDM; zwei SLA und ein POLYJET-Drucker)
Zukünftige Einführung der Ferninteraktion zur Betrachtung der in Entwicklung stehenden Modelle auf dem eigenen Terminal oder PC
