NATURALLY SUSTAINABLE

The fashion world is increasingly committed to using innovative materials with a low environmental impact. With this in mind, our production is GRS certified (we recover and use our scraps) and our R&D department searches among the producers of raw materials, tests and offers our customers new materials to replace those coming from fossil sources, effectively contributing to the circular economy.

The entire production chain is Made in Italy, strongly against all kinds of exploitation and cruelty-free, completely respecting people and the environment.

During each stage of the creative process, we can analyse along with our customers the environmental impact of new creations during their life cycle: we preserve natural capital using fewer raw resources, and we constantly strive to limit energy consumption as much as possible during the creation of our products.

For this reason, when we imagined building the new Tacchificio Monti headquarters in Marzabotto, we did it thinking about building it in full harmony with the surrounding area, respecting the environment and in the name of energy saving. To create a sustainable and responsible supply chain capable of generating value, today and for our future

We fitted our building with a trigenerational plant which allows us to produce electric and thermal energy by using cogeneration technology from methane gas, covering the requirements for the production processes as well as the heating and cooling of the work areas.

We have optimized the consumption of resources within the production cycle, enhancing the waste through the development of specific production lines starting from the collection and recovery of scraps.

Our commitment to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly supply chain has been certified by the CCPB of Bologna and by the most important international standard for responsible and sustainable development in the fashion industry, the GRS certificate.
